TV3 was established and formed in year 1989 when James Morris, along with dignified people from countries which included Ossie Kilkenny, Paul McGuinness and now very famous persona John Kelleher formed a cohesive unit and step forward to launch this new channel. After that it faced many problems from IRTC as a result of which it was forced for a shutdown. On September 1998, TV3 emerged back again and this time there was no looking back for it. Ireland's first free-to-air channel was TV3. Irish programming was highly influenced and affected in a positive manner. News along with current affairs and mini-series program started getting popularity and love from TV viewers. TV3 was soon making mark in various languages too and among them country of Lithuania was a prominent one. With the recent opening in year 2011, basic things include Tv 3 Programa which is a section providing programming schedule, information, time slots and other extra information. The official website is based upon Lithuanian language and hence locals do not face a problem connecting with it. |
